Amy Sojourner-Critz, DDS
Meet Dr. Amy Sojourner-Critz! Dr. Sojourner-Critz received her undergraduate degree in biochemistry from Abilene Christian University and then went on to receive her Doctorate in Dental Surgery at Texas A&M Dental School (later Baylor Dental School). Dr. Critz spent many years working with trusted colleagues and friends in the Frisco area yet continued to feel a pull back to her Abilene community. After being presented with the opportunity to take over a practice, Dr. Critz began running her own practice in Abilene on weekdays, as well as working in Frisco on the weekends. Dr. Critz feels passionate about providing a positive environment and quality treatment that she would feel comfortable bringing her own family members into.
Dr. Critz is motivated by seeing the restoration that dentistry provides -- watching something broken be transformed and made new again! Dr. Critz has the heart to serve those who aren’t given the same healthcare quality opportunities as others and has, therefore, taken part in many mission trips both domestically and internationally. Dr. Critz continues to educate herself to ensure that her care is of the utmost quality by taking part in various courses and holding memberships in multiple professional organizations and associations. She looks forward to having the chance at meeting you!
